Job Title: Shared Services Representative
Location: Land O'Lakes
Position Overview:
Seeking a Shared Services Representative for Land O'Lakes. Responsible for managing incoming calls, mailing HIPAA documents, ordering supplies, and front desk duties. Full-time, onsite position, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries.
2. Ensure HIPAA compliance in document handling.
3. Manage office supply inventory and orders.
4. Maintain a welcoming front desk environment.
5. Collaborate to improve departmental efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience required.
- Onsite availability and willingness to travel.
- Healthcare knowledge preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Pay starts at $16/hr but is negotiable based on experience.
