Fully remote opportunity! Must be able to provide an internet speed test and have a quiet space to work at home
Overview

Start Date: November 11th or 25th

Pay rate - 16.50 an hour, weekly pay

*18.50 if fully bilingual in English and Spanish*

Qualifications:

  • 1 year Call Center Experience
  • Must have the ability to troubleshoot equipment, internet, applications. Remote work experience.
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • High School Diploma

Day To Day:

The Outreach Specialists on the team are responsible for calling out to patients to schedule health risk assessments with Nurse Practitioners. Their goal in getting these appointments set up are to mitigate costs for insurance companies and also providing the insurance companies with the information from these health risk assessments back to the insurance companies.

Employees will make 120 calls in a day and schedule 15 visits per day MINIMUM. Calls are usually 5 minutes in length. If there are translation services needed, it may take between 8-10 mins. They schedule these appointments in 3 fashions:

  • Schedule health visits - This is to go over the questionnaires, resources available to them, go over medications, NP to assess the patient in person
  • Telehealth visits - NP is on a video call where they go over the same details when it comes to resources, their medications, etc. Visits for telehealth are through a direct link.
  • Phone Call Visits - Audio only, discussing same topics as above.

Schedule:

Preferably someone who is in Pacific time zone 8:30am-5:00pm PST, if mountain time 9:30am-6:00pm MST, if central 9:30am - 6pm, if eastern 10:00am - 6:30pm EST, Mon-Fri or Tues-Sat

Metrics:

  • Have to meet 120 calls MINIMUM each day.
  • Schedule 15 visits each day
  • Attendance - Measured by their status on the dialer.
    • Have to be logged in 5 minutes within logging into their shift
    • Avoid unplanned absence
  • Occupancy Rates (ready status) - have to score an 85% or above in this area
