Job description

NOW HIRING!

We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position in Arlington, Washington. The primary focus is on dialysis treatment and direct patient care. Nurses will manage patient conditions, administer dialysis treatments, and provide high-quality care in various shift schedules. The role requires strong collaboration with care teams to ensure patient needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform morning checks, including water quality and emergency supplies, prior to patient arrival.
  • Assess patient conditions, address unstable conditions, and coordinate with healthcare providers.
  • Administer dialysis treatments and medications to patients.
  • Serve as charge nurse during shifts, ensuring clinic operations run smoothly.
  • Collaborate with care coordinators and Dialysis Clinic Managers (DCMs) to meet patient needs.

Must Have Qualifications:

  • Degree: Degree from an accredited school of nursing (BSN or ASN acceptable).
  • Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or Multistate Nurse Compact License (please include credential #).
  • Certifications: Current CPR and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
  • Experience:
    • New grads accepted in some locations.
    • Ideal Target: RN with 1-3 years of experience.
    • Perfect Candidate: RN with 1+ years of dialysis experience.

Nice to Have Qualifications:

  • Previous Hemodialysis or Peritoneal Dialysis experience.
  • Prior experience in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing.

Schedule/Shift:

  • 9am - 10pm, Monday, Wednesday, Friday
  • 10am - 11pm, Monday, Wednesday, Friday
