Pharmacy Technician
This is a unique opportunity! Are you a Pharmacy Technician in Orlando? We are hiring a Pharmacy Technician to work for a speciality pharmacy in a call center environment in Orlando!
-Unlike most closed door pharmacies this role is not filling patient prescriptions, this role is a call center role!
- Walking through refill eligibility
- Prior auths
- Connecting with patient before transferring call to the nurse or pharmacy on duty
- May receive about 8-10 calls an hour
- Inbound and outbound call responsibilities
Schedule:
3 weeks of training 8am-5pm
The schedule will be later after the training period: 10-7 or 11-8
Pay: $19.00
Requirements:
-FL Pharm Tech License
-Call Center Experience
