Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have interest in developing their manual therapy skills and the ability to effectively communicate within a multidisciplinary team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant at our clinic, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work autonomously to execute physical therapy treatment plans for patients suffering from migraines and related conditions.
  • Tailor unique physical therapy treatment plans which include manual therapy, corrective exercises, modalities, and other therapeutic interventions with the patient's care team.
  • Educate patients on exercises, wellness strategies, and proper use of equipment.
  • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team, including physicians, physician assistant, physical therapist assistants, and other healthcare providers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care services.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Colorado.
  • Proven experience in and/or desire to learn manual therapy techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

  • CPR Certification (Preferred)
