Member Enrollment Advocate

Medix is hiring for Member Enrollment Advocates for a leading health insurance company in the Minneapolis area! This opportunity has the ability to go remote after 6 weeks of onsite training! Training is onsite in Bloomington, MN.

Role Overview: We're looking for passionate customer-centric folks to join our Care Member & Provider service team. Primary responsibilities for this position include providing prompt and excellent service for our members and providers through inbound calls and emails. Calls will be focused around all things health insurance as it relates to how a member leverages and utilizes their insurance plan. Examples could be, but not limited to: provider and prescription inquiries, benefits, claims, eligibility and billing.

Company Overview: We are building the health plan of the future. For the past few decades, the health insurance industry has evolved to serve the needs of employers, insurance companies, brokers, and (sometimes) doctors and hospitals. The needs of the consumer, however, have largely been left out of the equation. We're changing that. We are rebuilding the entire health insurance stack, with the consumer as the central focus. Our goal is to create a health plan that people can love.

Schedule: Need to be flexible M-F 7 AM - 7 PM
Location: Bloomington, MN 55437
Pay: $20-21.63/hr

Requirements:

• Complete 6 weeks of in-person paid training
• Commit to a set weekly schedule of 40 hours per week between the hours of 7am and 7pm Central Time
