Pay: $23-28/HR, based on experience

Shift: M-F, 6AM to 2:30PM, with 8-10 hours OT each week

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Hands-on welding experience in a manufacturing or construction setting.
• Proficiency in MIG welding techniques.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality.
• Experience with additional fabrication methods is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Read and interpret dimensional drawings, blueprints, and technical schematics.
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to specifications.
• Set up and align workpieces for welding.
• Perform precise MIG welding on structural steel and assemblies.
• Ensure all welds are clean, smooth, and meet structural integrity requirements.
• Complete final welding processes following supervisor approval.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
