Surgical Technologist

Hiring Full Time Surgical Technologists for our exceptional, patient-centered care with a focus on high-quality, minimally invasive procedures. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Surgical Technologist to join our dynamic surgical team in a fast-paced environment.

Monday -Friday 6:30-5pm (center closes at 4pm)

$30-$38/hr based on experience

Position Overview:
The Surgical Technologist will work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other surgical staff to ensure a smooth and effective surgical procedure. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the sterile field for all surgical procedures.
• Assist with the setup of surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Pass instruments and materials to the surgeon and surgical team during operations.
• Ensure that all instruments and supplies are sterile and ready for use.
• Assist in preparing and positioning patients for surgery.
• Maintain accurate records of surgical counts (sponges, instruments, etc.).
• Disinfect and sterilize surgical instruments after procedures.
• Follow all safety protocols, infection control measures, and regulations.
• Assist with patient care as directed by the surgical team.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure high-quality care and patient safety.

Qualifications:

• Surgical Technologist Certification (CST) preferred but not required
• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program preferred but not required
• 1+ year of experience as a Surgical Technologist, preferred (but not required).
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and providing exceptional care.
