1. Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

• Provide 1:1 and family therapy to foster youth and their families.
• Work closely with CPS, case managers, and VCBH team members via Zoom or in-person meetings.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and supervision at Ralston.
• Support foster family placements and biological family reunifications.
• Document therapy sessions and coordinate with case managers.
• Travel to client locations using county-provided vehicles (must meet driving requirements).
• Caseload: 15-20 children/youth
• Age Range: 0-21 years old
• Needs: Moderate to severe mental health needs, often related to trauma from the foster care system (but not typically high-acuity psychosis cases).

1. Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements:

• Active BBS Registration (ACSW, AMFT, or APCC)
• Valid Driver's License, Insurance, & Clean Driving Record
• Bilingual in Spanish (Required)

1. Schedule/ Shift: Monday - Thursday (9 AM - 6 PM), Friday (8 AM - 5 PM)
