Job description

This opening is for the Sales Receptionist/Office Manager. They will answer the phones, be responsible for getting patients scheduled for appointments and have the opportunity to move up in the company.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  1. Scheduling, Marketing, and Outreach to patients and providers about the services we provide.
  2. Check patients in and out (The office sees 7 patients max per day and has 1-2-hour treatment sessions).
  3. Bring patients into the room and assist them with heat placement.
  4. Send Reminder texts/calls/emails. Pull/Prep upcoming patient's charts. Data entry.
  5. Bridging the gap between patients, provider, and referring physicians.
  6. Appropriate use of office TEMPLATES for communication consistency.
  7. Coordinate meetings, presentations, and events with physicians and medical professionals
  8. Folding towels/Restocking the rooms as needed.

SHIFT: Mon-Thurs 8AM-7PM

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Medical Assistant Certification or Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business)
  • Sales skills and comfort talking to patients about coming in for care strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (word, excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends is a plus
