Job description

Overview:

  • In need of 1 RN for Baptist Alamo Cardiovascular Consultants

    • This individual will be under 1 provider (Dr. Cena)
      • This RN will be responsible for the following locations during the week
      • Main Location: 3327 Research Plaza #310
        San Antonio, TX 78235 (3 days a week)
      • Zarzamora Location: 7719 Interstate 35 Access Rd Suite 212, San Antonio, TX 78224 (once a week)
      • Downtown Location: 215 East Quincy Street #500 San Antonio, TX 78215 (once a week)
    • Flu vaccine not required - they will have to wear a mask at all times if they decline
  • Daily Duties: 70 Admin/30 DPC - More administrative/clerical work such as medical scribing for Dr. Cena, Will work with our Medical Scribe Jay Estrada who went perm recently, Buckets, Cardiac clearances, Put in Orders, Triage, Medication refills, Scheduling patient procedures, answering patient questions, Medical histories, Light Bedside, IV's, assist MA's with Procedures, EKG's, etc.
  • Hours: 8-5, M-F
  • EMR: Athena
  • Active Texas State RN
  • reliability, attendance, and attention to detail is very important
  • Open on experience, but 1-2+ years is ideal in Cardiology/Vascular
