Job description

Registered Nurse (RN) Kirkland, Washington

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our Primary Care facility. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering immunizations/medications, providing patient triage, and collaborating with healthcare teams to solve issues. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while guiding others.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements.
  • Perform triage and immunization/medication administration.
  • Solve moderately complex problems and conduct analyses.
  • Provide guidance to others and act as a resource for less experienced staff.
  • Translate concepts into practice and provide explanations on difficult issues.
  • Work with minimal guidance and seek assistance on only the most complex tasks.
  • Actively participate in patient care and communication within the healthcare setting.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers AHA or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross).
  • Active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • EPIC knowledge/skills and self-starter attitude.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, with variable shift times
    • (7 AM - 4 PM, 8 AM - 5 PM, or 9 AM - 6 PM) and a 1-hour lunch break.
  • Option for a 4x10 schedule

Assignment Details::

  • Travel may be required to cover Bothell or Bellevue locations
  • 1040 Hours Contract to Permanent Opportunity

Pay Rate: $46.00 - $55.00 per hour
