Job description

Hiring Patient Service Representatives/ Medical Front Desk Receptionists now!

Location: Coatesville, PA
Position Type: Contract - ending June 30th
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable and professional Medical Front Desk to assist within our Coatesville Health Clinic. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations at our medical facility. The position includes tasks such as answering inbound calls, directing inquiries, checking in and out patients, verifying insurance information, and maintaining HIPAA compliance. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with internal EMR systems and multiple computer platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Collect patient information, including demographics and insurance details.
  • Operate multiple computer platforms, including Microsoft Office and internal EMR system.
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance in all patient interactions.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming waiting area.

Requirements:

  • Must be COVID-19 Vaccinated.
  • Must be Flu Vaccinated.
  • Ability to pass a 9-panel drug screen.
  • Experience with EMR systems

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Athena EMR platform.
