• Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
• Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• **Some sites require rotating Saturday shifts**

Job Location: Peoria, Glendale, Surprise, and Chandler (and others)

Pay Range: $16.75/hour-$21.19/hour (set pay scale - determined based on exact years of Phlebotomy experience)

The Phlebotomist is responsible for collecting blood samples from patients for laboratory testing, ensuring proper labeling, and handling of specimens. You will work closely with the clinic's medical team to support patient care and diagnostic processes while maintaining a safe, clean, and patient-friendly environment.

Responsibilities/ Job Duties (not limited to the following):

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws on patients of all ages.
• Properly label and handle specimens for laboratory analysis, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Prepare blood collection equipment and ensure all necessary supplies are readily available.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation related to specimen collection.
• Ensure patient comfort and address any concerns during the blood draw process.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols, ensuring a sterile and safe environment.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification (e.g., from ASCP, NHA, or another recognized accrediting body) preferred.
• Prior experience in phlebotomy, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.
