Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they feel welcomed, cared for, and supported throughout their visit. Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk in a calm and professional manner
• Check-in patients, ensuring all necessary information is gathered accurately
• Collect and verify patient demographics, insurance details, and required medical paperwork
• Gather medical records and other necessary documents to prepare for patient visits
• Verify insurance coverage and process any necessary information for billing
• Provide assistance with any patient inquiries while maintaining a welcoming environment

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• 1 year Medical Offixe experience
• Customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED

Schedule/ Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
