Job description
Title: Patient Access Representative
Hours: Must be available to work between the hours of Mon-Fri 5am-7pm and one Saturday per month
Requirements: High School Diploma
Pay: $15/h with room for growth
Job Outline:
With competency and compassion, this position helps patients understand their insurance benefits and educate them on their financial responsibilities.
They are able to discuss payment options and assistance, as necessary
Duties may include scheduling, registration, benefit verification, pre-certification and financial clearance including pre-visit collection.
The Patient Registration team member will be responsible for ensuring that the most accurate patient data is obtained and populated into the patient record.
