Pharmacy Service Technician

We are currently seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Service Technician to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support to our long-term care (LTC) facilities through the maintenance and management of our dispensing machines (Omnicell). • Position Type: Full-Time, 40 hours a week

• Pay: 19-21/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel between multiple LTC facilities daily (2-3 visits per day, 30-45 minutes per visit).
• Restock inventory, including medications, in dispensing machines.
• Perform preventative cleaning and basic repairs on equipment.
• Return expired medications to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Respond to on-call situations within a 4-hour window (stipend provided).

Position Details:

• Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Choose your start time between 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM.
• Pay Rate: $19 - $21/hour.
• On-Call Stipend: $20 per trip, plus hourly pay (minimum 2 hours per on-call visit).
• Mileage Reimbursement: Provided for travel between facilities.

Qualifications:

• Availability to work in the Donegal, Mt. Lebanon, and Monroeville areas
• Ability to handle travel demands between facilities efficiently.
• Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a high standard of care and service.
