Nurse Director (RN) - Whiteville/Wilmington

• Complete in-home client assessments, includes monitoring the client's plan of care (tweaking plan of care as needed) and observing the care that aids are providing - must be given to clients quarterly
• Ensure collaboration of physicians, insurance, state entities, and in-home aids
• Answer calls from clients, physicians, and insurance companies
• Complete insurance paperwork
• Drop off paperwork to doctor's offices
• On-call weekend duties: be accessible by phone (handle scheduling issues, etc)
• Breakdown: 80% office work, 20% visiting clients at their homes
