Title - Member Service Advocate
Pay - 21.63 an hour with room for growth! Weekly pay
Some hybrid remote flexibility after training, but this role will be mostly onsite in Bloomington MN
Hours - Monday-Friday Training 8-4:30 or 7am to 3pm
Post Training:
Hours of operation are 7am to 7pm
Start date - September 30th

Job Description:
We're looking for passionate customer-centric folks to join our Care Advisor team. Primary responsibilities for this position include providing prompt and excellent service for our members and providers through inbound and outbound calls and emails. Calls will be focused around helping members shop for an Individual Health Plan. While shopping, you would assist members with benefit questions, conduct plan comparisons and offer recommendations based on the individual need. We also assist with the application and premium payment inquiries. Following the 8 week onsite training, employees who meet Work From Home requirements can transition to a hybrid model where they come to the Bloomington office as needed.

You Bring:
· A passion for helping people and demonstrated success solving complex issues for customers using active listening, creative problem solving and empathy
· Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to summarize information effectively
· Excellent reliability and ability to adhere to a structured schedule
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Experience entering/updating data in electronic systems
· Proficient computer navigation, including toggling between multiple systems and platform, as well as typing skills
· Ability to be self-driven and work effectively with many types of individuals
· Ability to learn quickly and consistently follow a process, through accurately and in a timely manner
· Proven ability to get results and thrive in an ever-evolving environment

Extra Credit:
· Previous health insurance experience
· Prior customer service or call center experience
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite
· Willingness to obtain producer licensure as needed or Active Health Insurance Producer license a plus

Requirements:
· Commit to a set weekly schedule of 40 hours per week between the hours of 7am and 7pm Central Time
