πŸ’° Pay Rate: $23-$25/hour
πŸ—“ Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:15 AM to 3:45 PM
  • Flexibility required to cover the following shifts if another Office Coordinator is out (not often):
    • 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
    • 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling patient appointments and notifying employees and managers via email
  • Coordinating medical appointments with external facilities as requested
  • Interfacing with patients and business partners at the front desk, both in-person and via telephone
  • Filing records into hard copy medical charts
  • Maintaining hard copy medical charts in a standard format
  • Releasing and transferring medical records according to Boeing policy
  • Retrieving medical records from long-term storage
  • Inventorying and ordering medical and office supplies
  • Reconciling and paying invoices for in-clinic and community services using various systems (Ariba and other Boeing-specific systems)
  • Creating reports for the clinic manager using Word and Excel
  • Assisting with other on-site clinic activities that do not require a clinical license or certification (e.g., weighing patients for screening programs)

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Administrative support experience in a healthcare setting required
