Job Title: Change Management Program Leader - Hospital Acquisition - 239434
Duration: 6 Months
Work Location: remote w/ up to 15% travel possible
Compensation: $80 - $100, based on experience and tax terms (W2 / LLC)


ABOUT OUR CLIENT / ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is a multi-state regional health system going through a period of rapid expansion. This role, for a Change Management Program Leader, will be aligned to the acquisition of a 200-bed hospital - with a number of workstreams including a new Epic Implementation, 150+ Clinical Systems integration, IT /Networking systems and more.

This role will be leading the communications and change management with the hospital staff of both entities, helping to guide the timelines to successful delivery and cutover.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serving as a Change Management leader for the acquisition of a 200-bed hospital
  • Planning, guiding and managing the communications for a large number of project workstreams - spanning EHR, Clinical Systems, IT Systems, etc.
  • Using Workflow Automation tools like Epic Orion to help streamline the large number of concurrent workstreams with this Hospital acquisition
  • Creating, scheduling and managing all change management communications (ie,emails, calendar invites, trainings, newsletters).
  • Building strong relationships with the leaders from both sides of this acquisition
  • Guiding and supporting the training team as they undertake a huge initiative to train the staff of the newly acquired hospital
  • Being proactive and intentional in communicating the time requirements for various project workstreams
  • Staying on top of all engaged parties to ensure successful delivery

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Required - 10+ years experience
  • Must have come from the provider-side (hospital)
  • At least 1 hospital acquisition
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Must have prior experience with Epic Health Systems
  • Experience with AI Task / Workflow Automation tools (ie, Epic's Orion for Project Management) would be really helpful
  • Deeply experienced in Change Management - Prosci, ADKAR or CCMP would be a plus, not a mandatory requirement
  • Proven experience managing a large program - PMP Certification would be a plus, not a mandatory requirement
