Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, particularly within the healthcare sector, and will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence. This role requires a
proactive approach to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends while assessing the competitive landscape
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, including dialysis clinics, healthcare providers, and decision-makers to promote software solutions
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition and key benefits through product demonstrations and presentations tailored to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment on business strategies and enhance product offerings based on client feedback
  • Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by developing and executing an effective sales strategy
  • Utilize CRM Tools: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline updates using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Stay Informed of Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to effectively communicate how the company can address emerging challenges within the dialysis and healthcare space


Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Minimum of five years of business development experience; experience in the healthcare sector is strongly preferred

Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly in dialysis or related fields

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster relationships with diverse stakeholders

Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making

Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
