The Home Visit Research Coordinator I will assist the Investigators and research team with the planning and
implementation of clinical trials, including the "Growing Together" clinical study with pediatric primary care. This study is
testing whether or not an evidence-based home visiting model, called Promoting First Relationships® (PFR), which improves
caregiver sensitivity and responsive care, will protect young infants from the effect of stress on accelerated cellular aging. The
Home Visit Research Coordinator I will conduct the trial-required home visits to enrolled families, along with other research
coordinator duties such as subject recruitment, consent, research procedures (as appropriate), CRF completion, IRB
submissions and reporting of adverse events and protocol deviations.

Assesses eligibility of potential subjects through methods such as screening interviews, reviews of
medical records, and discussions with physicians and nurses.

Research Study Enrollment
Recruits, consents and enrolls participants for research studies. Enrollment visits are to be conducted
in participants' homes and will include blood spot collection from adults and infants via finger or heel prick. 20%
Research Subject Follow-Up
Completes in-home follow-up visits with research subjects; records adverse event and side effect data.

Research Study Communications
Coordinates and communicates study requirements and scheduling of patient assessments with
patients, lab, imaging, other healthcare staff and physician office staff; coordinates interdisciplinary 15 %
resources and systems to implement the plan.
Data Collection
Collects physical assessment data from medical records and diagnostic testing; enters research data 15 %
and responds to data queries.
IRB Submission Preparation
Assists preparing Institutional Review Board submissions; initial reviews, continuing reviews, closure 5 %
reports, and protocol deviation reports, and adverse event reports.
Records Maintenance
Maintains accurate records within associated databases, in compliance with regulations, policies or 5 %
procedures.
