Bad Debt Specialist
Must haves:
- 1 year recent healthcare revenue cycle experience
- 501(r) Guidelines and understanding
- Understanding of bad debt processes
Fully remote - m-f 8am-5pm EST
$18-20 + medical,vision,dental+ paid sick time benefits
Overview:
This role is responsible for managing the client's bad debt portion of the revenue cycle, following 501(r) guidelines. The Bad Debt Specialist must follow these guidelines, review, and analyze accounts that meet these requirements and transfer patient accounts to bad debt, with speed, efficiency, accuracy and thoroughness.
