Job description

Title: Triage Lead RN

Job Description / Day to day:

  • Applies a structured approach to nursing, including assessment, planning, diagnosis, implementation, and evaluation, in line with the Nurse Practice Act, professional standards, and HealthPartners policies.
  • Ensures care is delivered competently, recognizing knowledge limits, seeking support when necessary, and performing to the expected level of education, knowledge, and skill.
  • Oversees day-to-day operations within the HealthPartners Clinic Stillwater, ensuring efficient, consistent, safe, and patient-centered workflow.
  • Assists with staffing decisions, training, and orientation for new employees, acting as a leader and liaison for project implementation and quality control.
  • Provides exceptional customer service, fostering positive interactions with internal and external customers.
  • Works closely with clinicians and support staff to ensure top-quality patient care and maintain high patient experience results and quality measures.
  • Enjoys working in a friendly, engaged environment where team members collaborate and have fun while delivering outstanding care.
  • Strong communicator, organized, compassionate, assertive, able to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in MN
  • Associate degree or diploma required
  • BLS through American Heart Association or Red Cross

Pay: 35 to 54 an hour, depending on experience.

Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm.
