Job Description:

Our team is looking for a Medical Assistant with at least six months of dermatology or family medicine experience to join our Bellaire team. Here's a great chance to gain hands-on experience and work toward your certification while on the job!

Job Duties/Responsibiltes

• Rooming patients, educating patients & obtaining procedure consents
• Assisting with procedures
• Documenting in the EMR
• Scribing for physician
• Completing patient call backs
• Scheduling surgeries
• Logging & tracking pathology
• Completing PAs
• Removing sutures and other duties as assigned
• Able to report to work as assigned

Requirements:

• 6 months of Dermatology or Family Medicine Experience
• Willingness to float to other locations in the Houston area
• Valid driver's license
• Valid car insurance
• MA Diploma

Schedule/ Shift: Monday-Thursday 8:00AM-5:00PM / Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM

*3 days will be spent in The Woodlands office

*2 days will be spent in the Willowbrook office
