Compensation Fee for Service (Hourly): $30.00-$34.00/hr (based on geographic location and experience)

How are we doing this?

• Building a technologically advanced platform that will allow patients to connect with board certified obesity specialists who can provide them with support, guidance and the highest quality of care
• Prescribing revolutionary GLP-1 mediciations like Wegovy, Ozempic and Mounjaro
• Creating a team of dedicated and motivated Clinicians, Registered Dietitians, and Fitness Coaches committed to our mission and the journey of our members to achieve better healthcare

Responsibilities:

• Meet with our members in one-on-one nutrition sessions to provide compassionate, patient-centered care using evidence-based practices and our nutrition philosophy
• Motivate, encourage, and help our members navigate through their programs and meet their goals successfully
• Communicate effectively and engage with the team in Slack and virtual team meetings
• Develop internal resources as needed to support the program experience, and improve weight health long-term

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience as a Registered Dietitian (may include experience gained during Dietetic Internship Program)
• Have and maintain necessary credentials and certifications for a Registered Dietitian
• Effective communication skills with the ability to connect with many types of personalities

• 1+ years of working in the Healthcare or Technology industries
• An entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with ambiguity and change, and a passion for helping build WW Clinic/Sequence
• Attention to detail and consistency in work ethic
• Shifts gears quickly in a fast-paced environment
• High standards - both personally for yourself and professionally for the business
• The desire to learn - we carry a multitude of products and our industry is growing and ever-changing

Location: Your home office! You are able to work wherever within the U.S., however you will need to utilize your own equipment.

Hours: 16+ hours per week offerings available!

**Dietitians will be able to create their own schedule on a weekly basis in regards to what works best for them. Want to work three 6-hour shifts? You can do that! Want to work two 10 hour shifts and one four hour shift? That's an option too! You will have the autonomy to customize your work schedule based on the available hours provided by our membership capacity.

Employment Structure: This is a 10-99 employment offering so benefits through the organization directly will not be offered - please keep in mind when applying to the opportunity.You will have the ability to dictate and create your own schedule. You must also provide all remote/telecommute equipment to perform the functions of this position.
