Teleradiologist (Remote - Nevada Coverage)
Long-Term Contract | 1099 | $300-$325/hr | Flexible Scheduling | June Start

We are actively hiring remote Teleradiologists for a growing telehealth imaging group is to support hospital-based imaging services across Nevada. These are long-term 1099 contract roles with immediate demand, highly flexible scheduling, and strong compensation tied to your availability and workload preference.

This position is open only to licensed physicians (MD or DO) board-certified in Radiology.

Position Overview:

  • Fully remote

  • Start date: June 1, pending credentialing

  • Shift options include:

    • 3 PM - 11 PM

    • 11 PM - 7 AM (pays higher at $325/hr)

    • All other shifts available at $300/hr

  • Schedule flexibility: 7-on/7-off, 7-on/14-off, or structured modality-specific options (e.g., X-ray only)

Compensation:

  • $300/hr - standard

  • $325/hr - overnight (11 PM - 7 AM)

  • Paid monthly

  • Earning potential: $400K-$650K/year, depending on case volume

  • Target: 75-80 RVUs per 8-hour shift (minimum 60 RVUs/day)

Clinical Responsibilities:

  • General diagnostic coverage

  • Emergency STAT reads

  • CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and X-ray

  • Specialists who only read specific modalities are welcome to apply

Tech Setup:

  • Full access to PACS system and secure VPN for transmission

  • PowerScribe 4.0 dictation software

  • High-resolution remote workstations provided if needed

Requirements:

  • Board-certified Radiologist with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
  • Must be licensed in Nevada or eligible via the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)

  • Must pass hospital credentialing process (malpractice, license validation, etc.)

  • Must be able to commit to a structured schedule (PRN not accepted)

  • Must own or be willing to use a remote workstation
