Hiring for a Sr. Customer Service Represntative with prior experience in the medical device manufacturing or other contract manufacturing industries. Must have at least 3 years of customer serivce expeirence in a manufacturing or contract manufacturing (CMO) environment. Also looking for someone with exprience in recieiving inbound communication from customers.
Job Description:
Serve as the primary customer liaison, providing in-depth product and service support while addressing technical inquiries and order specifications.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless processing and fulfillment of customer orders, maintaining alignment with project requirements.
Handle escalated concerns with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution through collaboration with appropriate departments.
Evaluate historical order patterns and market trends to contribute to competitive and precise pricing strategies.
Oversee the processing of customer orders, verifying accuracy and compliance with project specifications and deadlines.
Develop reports on client interactions, customer feedback, and service metrics to assist leadership in decision-making.
Support internal and external audit preparations, acting as a subject matter expert on customer service protocols.
Lead process enhancement efforts, identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field, or 5+ years of customer service experience in a technical or contract manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to manage complex customer engagements with a solutions-oriented approach.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MRP/ERP systems.
Strong understanding of medical device manufacturing practices and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of implementing service enhancements.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical information into customer-friendly language.
