Job description

Hiring for a Sr. Customer Service Represntative with prior experience in the medical device manufacturing or other contract manufacturing industries. Must have at least 3 years of customer serivce expeirence in a manufacturing or contract manufacturing (CMO) environment. Also looking for someone with exprience in recieiving inbound communication from customers.

  • Schedule: M-F 7:30 am to 4 pm

Job Description:

  • Serve as the primary customer liaison, providing in-depth product and service support while addressing technical inquiries and order specifications.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless processing and fulfillment of customer orders, maintaining alignment with project requirements.

  • Handle escalated concerns with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution through collaboration with appropriate departments.

  • Evaluate historical order patterns and market trends to contribute to competitive and precise pricing strategies.

  • Oversee the processing of customer orders, verifying accuracy and compliance with project specifications and deadlines.

  • Develop reports on client interactions, customer feedback, and service metrics to assist leadership in decision-making.

  • Support internal and external audit preparations, acting as a subject matter expert on customer service protocols.

  • Lead process enhancement efforts, identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.



Qualifications & Skills:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field, or 5+ years of customer service experience in a technical or contract manufacturing environment.

  • Proven ability to manage complex customer engagements with a solutions-oriented approach.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MRP/ERP systems.

  • Strong understanding of medical device manufacturing practices and regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of implementing service enhancements.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical information into customer-friendly language.
