We are hiring remote Teleradiologists for a rapidly growing telehealth group to provide diagnostic imaging support for hospitals and senior living facilities in Illinois. These are long-term, fully remote, 1099 contract roles with highly flexible scheduling and top-tier earning potential.
This role is for board-certified physicians only. You must hold an MD or DO and be licensed to practice medicine in the U.S.
Key Highlights:
Fully remote with flexible structured schedules:
7-on/7-off
7-on/14-off
Modality-specific (e.g., only reading mammography or ortho)
$30 per RVU, paid monthly - average 75-80 RVUs per 8-hour shift
Earning potential: $400K-$650K annually based on volume
1099 contractor role
Emergency privileges available if near partner hospitals
Workstation provided if needed (secure, high-resolution setup)
PACS system access provided via secure VPN
Reporting system: PowerScribe 4.0
Clinical Scope:
General diagnostic imaging including:
Emergency STAT reads
CT
MRI
Ultrasound
X-ray
Specialists in a single modality are also welcome to apply
Start Date:
As soon as May 1, pending credentialing (target turnaround: under 30 days)
Minimum Qualifications:
Board-certified Radiologist with at least 2-3 years of recent experience
Must hold or be willing to obtain an Illinois medical license
Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) preferred to expedite licensing
Availability to commit to a structured schedule
Must pass facility-level background/credentialing review
Must have or be open to using a remote workstation (provided if needed)
Alternative Assignment Options:
If hospital credentialing is not obtained, remote coverage of urgent care or senior living facilities may still be available.
