Job Title: Pro Fee Coder - Multi-Specialty

Job Type: Full-time

Location: 100% Remote - Must Be Located in Texas, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Indiana, Virginia, Nebraska, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina

Salary: Competitive, based on experience - starting at $26/hr

Summary:

Seeking a skilled Pro Fee E/M Coder specializing in General Surgery, Cardiology, Trauma, Neurology and / or Urology. Review and code Evaluation and Management (E/M) services accurately, ensuring compliance and revenue integrity.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze clinical documentation for coding accuracy.

- Collaborate with providers to resolve coding discrepancies.

- Stay updated on coding guidelines and industry best practices.

- Assist with coding inquiries and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

- CPC, CCS, RHIT or RHIA certification required.

- 5+ years of Pro Fee coding experience.

- Proficient in CPT, ICD-10-CM coding, and CMS guidelines.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
