We are seeking Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technicians to join our team in Houston, TX. Whether you have prior experience in sterile compounding or are newly certified and eager to learn, this is an excellent opportunity to grow in a state-of-the-art, cGMP-compliant, ISO-classified cleanroom environment.

Schedule: 1st or 2nd shift (training on 1st shift) Mon - Fri, occasional Saturday OT

What You'll Do:

  • Perform sterile compounding in a USP <797>/<800> compliant environment
  • Maintain a sterile cleanroom through proper aseptic techniques
  • Operate manufacturing equipment & conduct quality control tests
  • Document compounding activities and ensure adherence to cGMP regulations
  • Assist with inventory tracking, bubble point testing, and process improvement
  • Mentor and train new pharmacy technicians as needed

Who We're Looking For:

  • Certified in IV or Sterile Compounding (PTCB & TSBP Registration)
  • Eager to learn OR experienced in sterile compounding
  • Strong attention to detail & ability to work in a regulated, fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
