Scheduling Coordinator

An Oncology Clinic in Puyallup,, WA is looking for an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to
provide immediate support to their daily operations.

Overview:
● Checking in patients for clinical appointments and operative procedures
● Scheduling office visits for patients and their respective provider
● Helping manage the clinic in basket - passing along messages to providers
● Answering the main line and providing telephonic scheduling support

Required Skills/Qualifications:
● Previous Scheduling Experience within the scope of Healthcare
● High School Degree

Nice to Have Skills:
● Previous Oncology Experience
● EPIC Experience

Pay
$18.87 - $24/hr

Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5:30 PM

Contract Length:
700 Hours (contract-to-hire)
