Revenue Recovery Specialist

Candidates for this position must have hospital/facility claim experience.

Overview: This position will investigate claims, follow up with payers, and collect the insurance accounts receivable, escalate stalled claims,and other related activites that enhance revenue collection

Day to Day:

• Daily progress towards weekly and monthly goals
• Typical day could be drafting 5 appeal drafts, 5 phone calls, 15+ other accounts + researching and auditing
• Quality based role

3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications:

• Revenue cycle experience with transactions - retrospectively utilizing EMR as a research tool, eligibility, reliability buckets - higher level insurance follow-up knowledge required.
• 3+ years of experience within back-end revenue cycle
• Strong computer and technical skills - excel, EMR experience
• Remote work experience

Schedule: 8:30am-5pm in your time zone
