Position: Residential Service Coordinator
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm
The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between tenants and property management, providing support and maintaining a safe living environment. Responsibilities include tenant engagement, crisis management, and coordinating referrals to external services. The candidate will handle lease violations, ensure compliance with housing regulations, and update tenant records.
