Job description

We are currently seeking a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate to join our team in Aurora, CO!

Location: Aurora, CO
Pay Range: $20-$21/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Contract Duration: 6 months

Are you a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing top-notch customer service? Join our team at a long-term care pharmacy in Aurora, CO, as a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate! This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the smooth operation of our pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and coordinate with backup pharmacies via phone and fax.

  • Schedule and manage couriers for medication delivery.

  • Triage and prioritize incoming emails and documents for timely responses.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with office tools such as email and fax machines.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
