Registered Nurse - Triage
Job description
Triage RN opening - can work part time or full time (ideally 32 hours per week). The majority of the job is patient triage and is not as "patient facing" as roles in the hospital.
Overview
- Patient triage
- Utilizing EPIC
- Transitional care management (TCM)
- Keeping patients stable while on Vivitrol
- Blood pressure checks
- Post visit patient follow up over the phone
Must Have Skills/Qualifications
- Current RN license in Massachusetts
- BLS
- 1-3 years of experience as an RN
- EMR experience
- Experience doing patient triage
Nice to Have Skills
- EPIC
- Experience in a high volume setting
- Prior outpatient experience
Schedule/Shift: Facility is open Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:30pm
***Ideally we need coverage for 32 hours a week, 40 would be even better but willing to have someone work 3 or 4 days a week. Wednesdays or Thursdays can be days off - open to 10 hour shifts and can be flexible on full time or part time for the right candidate.
