Salary Expectations/ Pay Rate or Range: $34.50 - 46.43, based on experience
Schedule/ Shift:

  • Full-time: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM or
  • Part-time: Wednesday and Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (potential for weekend Urgent Care hours)

Job Description

Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

  • Triage patients by telephone or in person to assess urgency and determine the appropriate level of care.
  • Perform patient procedures, assess health status, and provide health education regarding clinical conditions, treatments, follow-up actions, and home care.
  • Communicate abnormal test results to providers.
  • Track patients for necessary follow-up and document appropriately.
  • Collaborate with MAs, providers, and the SUD team to address patient concerns and ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and support overall team efforts to deliver patient-centered care.

Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements:

  • Massachusetts RN License
  • BLS Certification
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations preferred
  • EPIC experience, bilingual skills, and FQHC experience are a plus
