Referral Coordinator/Scheduler

Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM

Pay: $17-21/HR (Depending On Experience)

Location: Scottsdale, AZ 85258

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• EMR experience
• 1+ Year Of Medical Scheduling Experience
• HS Diploma/GED

• Excellent Attitude & Willingness To Be Trained

• Medical Terminology

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones (especially referrals) and scheduling patients with the right providers for services needed
• Call Volume is 200-300 Mon-Wed, slower on Thurs and Fri
• Collecting Co-Pay and Posting Payments Immediately
• Collecting New Patient Demographic and correcting any patient demographic
• assist with med records, scanning, data entry, etc.

3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications
