Sample Handling: Properly label, store, and transport biological specimens according to study protocols and laboratory standards.
Participant Interaction: Build rapport with participants, explain study procedures, and address concerns related to blood collection.
Data Documentation: Accurately record sample collection details in electronic or paper-based systems, maintaining meticulous data integrity.
Protocol Adherence: Follow study-specific protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ethical guidelines for clinical research.
Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain phlebotomy tools, supplies, and equipment, ensuring readiness for use.
Collaboration: Work closely with research coordinators, nurses, physicians, and laboratory personnel to support seamless execution of clinical trials.
