Job description
NOW HIRING ***Phlebotomists*** NOW HIRING
Looking for phlebos to work at one of the largest labs in Arizona
Pay: Varies based on experience ($16-23/hr)
Locations: various sites with hiring needs including float opportunities (Phoenix, Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert)
Shifts: varies based on location
Duties:
- Draw blood from patients of all ages in a high-volume clinic
- Will often draw 30 or more patients in a day
- Provide excellent customer service to each patient
- Will be working with test codes and patient demographic information and entering it into computerized laboratory system. Having a good comfort level with computers and navigating through different programs is essential for success
3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (this will be verified)
- Recent completion of a successful Phlebotomy externship (verify how many draws/day they did) OR recent Phlebotomy experience
Nice to Have Skills
- Ideally 6+ months of experience
- Experience with high draw volumes
- Phlebotomy diploma/certification
