Quality Assurance Pharmacist

-This role will primarily be final product checks

-Verify that the correct medication, dosage, and quantity have been dispensed and that all packaging and labeling are correct.

-Ensure all required information and instructions are provided to patients, including offering counseling services as per patient wishes.

-Review and validate the accuracy of information verified during the PV1 step, ensuring overall prescription accuracy.

-Act as the pharmacist of record, accountable for the precision and quality of the prescription fulfillment process.

-Active Pharmacist License

Various Schedules/Shifts

1) 6am-2:30pm M-F

2) 2pm-10:30pm M-F

3) 9am-5:30pm M-F/weekend flex - see clarification below

4) 8:30pm-7am overnight M-Th

Pay Rate: $54.00-$60.00
