About/Responsibilities:

• Inform managers of identified trends and issues.
• Provide administrative support by conducting tasks like data entry and mail sorting.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of ERAs and manual payments to meet team objectives.
• Process live checks, online credit card payments, and EFT deposits.
• Record batch totals and maintain payment receipt spreadsheets.
• Balance batches and generate transaction reports.
• Verify posting of EFT deposits, scanned checks, and zero payments by month end.
• Support EFT/ERA enrollment for payers.
• Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly payments.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls for multiple clients, addressing various topics.
