Job description
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9-4, onsite fully
Pay: Base 40k up to 60k-100k based on recruitment numbers
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Recruiter to join our clinical research team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the recruitment and enrollment of patients for clinical trials. You will collaborate closely with clinical research coordinators, investigators, and other team members to ensure a successful recruitment process. The Patient Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and assisting potential participants through the recruitment process while ensuring all regulatory and ethical guidelines are adhered to.
3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree - MUST HAVE
- Medical terminology/understanding
- Go getter mentality almost like a sales person
- Comfortable meeting people in person at events and making phone calls
Nice to Have Skills:
- Research experience
