We're looking for a motivated and dependable Patient Access Registrar to join our team. You'll handle patient registration, insurance verification, and financial counseling, all while keeping accuracy and patient satisfaction high. Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

• Accurately register patients and collect necessary demographic information
• Verify insurance details and ensure proper documentation for compliance
• Provide cost estimates to patients for upcoming procedures
• Collect copays and manage patient check-in processes efficiently
• Support Emergency Department check-ins, including ambulance and walk-in cases
• Handle inbound phone calls (10-15 per day), addressing patient inquiries and concerns

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• 1 year Customer Service experience
• High School Diploma/GED

Schedule/ Shift: Tuesday-Friday 7:00am-5:30pm
