Operations Processing Associate

We are looking for an individual with at least 1 year of experience in Property and Casualty Insurance as well as data entry skills.

Location - Remote

Salary - $18/hr

Contract role with opportunity to get hired permanently based on performance

Day to Day:

• Work in virtual call center environment
• Focus on carrier Broker of Record (BOR) requests
• Engage with carriers to facilitate and resolve any BOR request concerns
• Work processes for BOR within the Dynamics program
• Assist with download processing within the agency management system and resolving all suspense items
• Flex within the Operations Team in gap areas
• Actively meet performance metrics with regards to the Processing Associate process

Shift:

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST
