Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Shifts available:

• 2nd shift Mon-Fri 3-11:30p
• 1st shift Sun-Wed 6a-4:30p
• 1st shift Wed-Sat 6a-4:30p

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support downstream production processes in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role involves operating equipment, maintaining cleanroom standards, and ensuring compliance with industry guidelines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong team player, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with equipment setup, purification processes, and cleanroom operations following standard procedures.

• Follow operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records to maintain accuracy and compliance.

• Monitor production activities, report any deviations, and support investigations and corrective actions (CAPAs).

• Perform cleaning and sanitization of equipment and work areas to uphold quality standards.

• Work with engineering and supply chain teams to support equipment validation, calibration, and maintenance.

• Utilize tracking systems and databases to document production activities.

• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or College Degree required.

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or a regulated industry preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to collaborate with teams.

• Self-motivated with a structured and organized approach to work.
