Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support downstream production processes in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role involves operating equipment, maintaining cleanroom standards, and ensuring compliance with industry guidelines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong team player, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with equipment setup, purification processes, and cleanroom operations following standard procedures.
Follow operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Monitor production activities, report any deviations, and support investigations and corrective actions (CAPAs).
Perform cleaning and sanitization of equipment and work areas to uphold quality standards.
Work with engineering and supply chain teams to support equipment validation, calibration, and maintenance.
Utilize tracking systems and databases to document production activities.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or College Degree required.
Experience in manufacturing, production, or a regulated industry preferred.
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to collaborate with teams.
Self-motivated with a structured and organized approach to work.
