Nurse Practitioner

We are hiring for a Nurse Practitioner for one of our top clients in OKC! This Nurse Practitioner will work with Medicare patients, aged 65+, in a value based care setting. Looking to work for a rapidly expanding company with potential for extensive growth? This is it!

• Manage a panel of patients with both acute and chronic conditions
• Develop & Implement individualized care plans with patients
• Educate patients on their care plans and how to manage illnesses, and so much more!

Schedule: M-F 8:00-5:00

Pay: 125,000-170,000/year (flexible)

Requirements:

• Currently licensed to practice professional nursing or Physician Assistant in the state of employment, active and non-probationary
• Experienced in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine
• Current BLS/ACLS certification
• Driven to and comfortable with managing a primarily Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population with comorbid conditions
