Title: Supervisor - MRI
Summary:
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing teams across various modalities including Ultrasound & MRI. This role is based in the main campus hospital, with an office environment. The supervisor will support the teams, conduct regular touchpoints with staff, assist with hiring, and manage disciplinary conversations. This is an office-based supervisory role, with support from the Lead Tech.
Day to Day:
Modality Supervision: Oversee teams in Ultrasound & MRI
Team Engagement: Touch one person every two months for supervision and support.
Hiring & Disciplinary Support: Assist with hiring decisions, handle disciplinary conversations (escalating to Upper Management if needed).
Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of 30-40 techs, with direct support from the Lead MRI tech in both MRI and Ultrasound.
Office Duties: Located outside the main hospital campus, the supervisor will perform duties in an office environment, providing support and leadership to the tech teams.
Qualifications:
Preferred: MRI experience (with knowledge in CT and Mammo).
Required: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certifications.
