Job description

Medix is actively hiring for a bilingual Member Service Representative in Alameda, CA. We are looking for someone who has a year of call center experience, and is ready to work full time in office! This position is typical call center role with the plus of getting to also talk with member face to face in office occasionally. This is a plus to help break up some of the day to day calls!

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Alameda, CA 94502

Looking for: 1 year experience in a call center environment

Prefered: Healthcare and or Medical/Medicaid experience

It offers competitive pay $22-28/hour. Full Benefits and 401k.

Responsibilities

Member Services Representatives are under the direction of a Member Services Supervisor, Manager and Director, and service our members through our call center as well assisting other departments with responses to member issues by initiating communication between departments to ensure action, cooperation, and compliance of managed care operations.
